This result is achieved by conveying the overspray,that means the pulverized lacquer which has not been depositedon the work piece during the spray application, with a correct suction realized by the means of water curtains while the solvents are exhausted.
Ceflar Finishing Concept guarantees that this dynamic functioning is realized with optimal working parameters:air speed, homogeneous suction, efficient dry filters, exhaust control and respect of the environmental antipolution standards.
Tecnology and performances:
- two overlapped water curtains made of sheet-zinc with lift able lower curtain for servicing
- set of nozzles and drop separator for eliminate the overspray without any filters: this facilitates maintenance and reduces costs arising from the the wear component replacement
- the tanl shape is designed in order to collect the minimum water quantity: this prevents water from stagnating and highly reduces reduces the necessity of water replacement
