UV Superfocus technology can reduce number of lamps required by up to 50%. UV-LED can also be incorporated into the UV-R system. This lamp technology is a “cold” UV light. The process is ideal for materials which are temperature sensitive, such as pine.
To meet any potential requirement we offer a UV-R Hybrid – the best of both worlds – Superfocus and LED.
Features: Single module construction. PLC controls lamp intensity based on coating requirements, part size and type. Efficient Power Supply system optimizes lamp power on demand. Optional systems include electronic lamp control for additional energy savings and exhaust inverter which balances exhaust air based on lamp power consumption.
UV-R is a sustainable product:
- Lower energy consumption also results in a reduction in CO2 emissions.
- Improved curing results in less irritation from film.
UV-R is composed of:
- EPS System (Eficient Power Supply) It optimises power supply to lamps, reducing energy dispersion with respect to traditional systems.
- Current Control: integrated control system to optimize power required at lamp ignition. Network voltage variations do not affect the lamp output due to the monitoring system.
- Electronic control system of the lamps (optional): the lamp is automatically switched to energysaving stand-by mode during production pauses.
- Inverter (optional): it adjusts the amount of exhausted air in relation with the lamp power actually used.
