Suitable for medium-small productions, it can be installed in limited spaces and is extremely easy to use. The standard machine is composed by:
1. roller coating application
2. wiping unit by two counter-rotating brushes, to make the application uniform
Great flexibility in the machine composition - thanks to modular solutions - according to the different working cycles: the standard coating line can be extended - also at a later date due to new production requirements - by adding further units, such as drying units, distressing machine, etc.
“Standard” SMARTPARQUET. This configuration is suitable for the application of natural and urethane oils.
Cycle
1. roller application on previously sanded and/or brushed parquet planks.
2. wiping by two counter-rotating brushes.
The roller coater applies coatings or oils on flat panels through the contact between a rubber roller called “application roller” and the panel conveyed on the belt.
The application roller holds some coating on its outside, and it works in contact with a roller called “doctor roller”. The chromium plated doctor roller is assembled on a support which allows moving it near to or away from the application roller, with the very effect to “dose” the thickness of the coating and guarantee a constant application.
Wiping is made through counterrotating brushes which facilitate the penetration of the just applied stain or oil into the wood brushed
pore, thus making the application uniform.
“Upgrade” SMARTPARQUET. The standard coating line can be extended – also at a later date due to new production requirements –
by adding further units.

4. UV drying
• Distressing Machine with 4 working units o to highlight the structure and grain of soft woods to get a “rustic” effect and highlight grain on hard woods. Ideal for oil and wax finishing.
• UV oven: drying system with high power UV lamps with direct radiation. It allows the use of UV coating products.
