Working process: sanding of raw panel edges, stain application and drying, sealer application and drying, intermediate sanding and top coat application and drying. Process can be modified according to requirements (open or closed pore top coat application, matt or gloss). Application of transparent and pigmented coatings.
Configurations for both single or double sided machines. Belt and wheel sanding units and also bevelling units. Feed chain with replaceable pads and top pressure support with staggered wheels.
Vacuum application
A template is created for each type of edge, so as to reach the best application result. An application head is created for each edge.
