Cleaning operations are easier to perform, as the machine can be opened from both sides.
The new design of the new infeed plenum chamber, equipped with highly efficient air cleaners, ensures a high of finishing and top transfer efficiency.
The air flow goes straight to the spraying zone.
Suction takes place thanks to double-stage dry filter: this system is particularly efficient and has low operating maintenance requirements.
The large filtering surface ensures a good air distribution along with a better machine cleaning.
The tanks can be quickly removed, so as to reduce access and maintenance times.
Coating economizer with high precision work-piece scanners, so as to apply coating with low waste, while taking special care of the environment. Data are processed by the management software and transferred to the spray guns to optimize spraying operations.
The work-piece handling system, made up of carbon fibre conveyor belts CFB, comes with the ends slightly outwards of the spray booth, so as to ensure:
- better quality of the recovered coating product
- longer life of the product recovered
- quick replacement procedures
- no overspray in the lower part of the work-pieces
- top quality coated edges
