Glasscoater is a dual-head roller coater which allows the application of two layers of varying thickness in a single pass. This virtually doubles production speed. The rollers can be independently controlled allowing forward application on one while reversing the other.
The double head roller coater allows to apply both high quantities of coating, with the first roller, and very thin layers, with the second roller.
- Elimination of adjusting times (i.e. to change application roller).
- Possibility to coat with rotation forward feed direction, as well as by using a reverse application technique.
