High Capacity filters are designed to withstand the rigors of glue or adhesive applications. Constructed of layers of slit and expanded kraft paper, these filters have a very open face-ply backed with several graduated density layers which allows for greater depth loading and exceptional holding capacity, while maintaining very high arrestance efficiency. The depth loading characteristic prevents "blinding off" that often occurs in many competitive filter media and extends the service life of the filter reducing your overall booth operating costs.
Filtration materials are assigned for separation of wastes colours and paints in dry paintshops. Thanks to its high absorbability and even good efficiency, it is possible to use filters practically for majority of liquid paints, e.g. base, water diluted, surface, hardening, polyurethane, primeric, pickles, epoxy, glues, etc.
