We built wet and dry spray booths and provides custom solutions in order to correspond your needs in an efficient and economical way. We offer both dry-type and water scrubber type systems.
We provide auxiliary components (air make-up system, plenum/filtration roof) to pressurize an existing finishing room, or we provide all of the above, plus the pressurized booth.
The inlet air is delivered by external air make-up units GTA – FC that provide for the air filtration, heating and eventual moisturizing.
The air inside the booth is diffused through the ceiling, consisting of a grate with filtering elements.
The air mixed up with solvents is exhausted by the dry spray booth or the water curtain booth; in drying booths the exhaust is provided by corner placed double solvent suction hoods.
The lateral walls consist of sandwich panels, complete of glazed ports to improve the viewing inside the booth enclosure.
